Not 10:50, but I actually agree with you.  This is an nationwide problem, however, not a FCPS problem.  Our immigration system is broken and I am not quite sure how it can be fixed.    I do think FCPS is very generous with its immigrant population which is both a blessing and a curse.  It is great that these kids can come here and try to get an education and eventually graduate from high school and become productive members of society.  But like I said before, many of them come with so many issues that they will never graduate by the time they are 22.  That's why I think we need some sort of different program which will give them vocational skills so that they can get jobs eventually and pay taxes.  [/quote]
