The Feds usually propose a plan for improvement over a period of time and document your progress (ie, CYA). I know it may be difficult, but maybe you can stick it out for as long as you can, stay under the radar and toe the line. Use that time to file your EEO claim (they can't fire you for filing a claim against *them*) and find another job. If you don't find one and you get fired, collect unemployment while proceeding with your claim.[/quote]
