I was speaking in general. No teacher has ever approached me about DD having a LD. She did go through some sort of anxiety a little while ago when she thought I would get deployed (Military reservist, so I retired to put her at ease), but now I just think she doesn't want to put in the extra work. She is already in "distress" about next school year and the fact that her required summer reading book is well over 400pgs of small print. She definitely likes "cruising" through her classes without much studying. Not sure how to handle this.[/quote]
