I'm back. . .OP here.  Well, I had succeeded in letting it go for several months.  Now work crush is going through a rough time in his personal life, we've had lunch/drinks a couple of times to talk, and it is back.  He is such a decent guy and frankly, he shares a lot of the qualities that led me to fall in love with my husband.  The difference is the chemistry/new-ness of work guy, who I think has 0% clue how I feel.  I have no idea if he harbors the same thoughts about me, and I seriously hope he doesn't.  I would NEVER do anything about it but damn. . .I just can't stop the fantasies that roll around my head.  I need to channel those into my husband, big time.  Thankfully both work guy and I are planning to leave our current organization, so that should help.  I'd really like to stay in touch with this guy as a friend, and I think he would want that too.  I just don't think it's wise.  If only he had all of the personality qualities but was ugly as hell.  Why does he have to be hot, too?  And why the hell can he not just settle down with someone?  The fact that he's single only intensifies the fantasies for me, because I know he's available.  [/quote]
