gay [gey] Show IPA adjective, gay·er, gay·est. 1. of, pertaining to, or exhibiting sexual desire or behavior directed toward a person or persons of one's own sex; homosexual: a gay couple. 2. of, indicating, or supporting homosexual interests or issues: a gay organization.
there's a difference between experimenting and not liking it and being attracted to it. I know men (who have no reason to lie to me) who have experimented with a lot of crap in their early 20s. S&M, bondage, group sex, and sex with a man. they didn't like it - it wasn't their thing and they moved on to what they were attracted to....women. They are not conflicted, hiding a secret, going off and having sex with men on the side. None of it. they were just extremely wild and tried different and way out there things. I mean, if you tried drugs and didn't like it - can we say that you're really a druggie, just "acting sober" and we are just waiting for you to go off in a corner and do drugs when an opportunity comes up? It's asinine to think that when someone tries something, doesn't like it, and moves on....that they are labled that thing forever.
