adjective, gay·er, gay·est.
1.
of, pertaining to, or exhibiting sexual desire or behavior directed toward a person or persons of one's own sex; homosexual: a gay couple.
2.
of, indicating, or supporting homosexual interests or issues: a gay organization.
there's a difference between experimenting and not liking it and being attracted to it. I know men (who have no reason to lie to me) who have experimented with a lot of crap in their early 20s. S&M, bondage, group sex, and sex with a man. they didn't like it - it wasn't their thing and they moved on to what they were attracted to....women. They are not conflicted, hiding a secret, going off and having sex with men on the side. None of it. they were just extremely wild and tried different and way out there things.
I mean, if you tried drugs and didn't like it - can we say that you're really a druggie, just "acting sober" and we are just waiting for you to go off in a corner and do drugs when an opportunity comes up? It's asinine to think that when someone tries something, doesn't like it, and moves on....that they are labled that thing forever.

Anonymous wrote:Anonymous wrote:OP, I think it is really good that he told you! This was not easy for him. There are so many men who are married to women who carry this secret for their whole lives. He loves you and trusts you. OP, do you know how wonderful that is? Please be supportive and trust him. He is no more likely to cheat on you than any other husband. In fact, I think he is less so because he is honest and he loves you enough to want to share this with you. If I were you, I would love him even more for this and forgive him for not telling you sooner. You need to understand how afraid he was and how much courage it took to tell you. I haven't read the other posts here except to notice that many of them are narrow minded and ridiculous. Don't listen to them!
If you believe this goofy shit, you're in trouble. There's a reason the light bulb went off and he rushed to tell you now. Dude has got one on the side and he has a big mouth.

He said it was odd that the posters who are calling gay actually seem more reasonable about it. He said that the people who are going out of their way to insist that certain conduct was not gay seem to be in denial – like they are afraid of the label. He said that these people seem to be buying into the negative connotation more than the seemingly “close minded” people who only see gay and straight.
He also said that he sure he knows some of your DHs.![]()
This is what we needed to hear. Thanks to your brother. These hetero-pretenders need to give it a rest!
