If a dude moaning on the ground with an exposed penis was the one getting sympathy, what makes you think people are going to respond to a teenager smacking girls on the butt? I am guessing that is what happened since the post referenced butts and being clothed.

The answer isn’t to organize a beat down, which I doubt happened or was discussed more then avague theory of an idea, it is to embarrass the crap out of the person in the moment or to cause them pain in the moment.
