Murder is not a federal crime.  It just isn’t.  And a federal judicial warrant is not a thing for state crime.  This whole step Spamberger is saying they should do is BS and she knows most of you don’t know that and will mindlessly repeat her. No you are not understanding.  This step that Spanberger wants them to go through does not exist for those that haven’t been accused of committing a federal crime.  So the step just doesn’t exist.  She is putting ICE in the position they were in in Minnesota where the only way they can get these bad guys is to sit outside the jail or courthouse and arrest them as they walk out and you KNOW that is going to cause riots.  Maybe that is what the governor wants. [/quote]
