Of course she does. She also knows most people don’t, so she can pretend the issue is due to ICE inaction, when in reality she is actively protecting criminal illegal immigrants.

Dropped charges for home invasion and abduction of a 4 year old against Hyrum Rodeuiquez. A judge refused to sign off on a too-lenient plea deal, so Descano just didn’t prosecute the case instead.

Released Marvin Ortiz from jail, only for him to murder someone the next day.

All these cases from the last year alone!!! It’s absurd!!
