I do feel if you buy something and it doesn’t work for what you bought it for- you should be able to return it- but not after it has seen a night out or worn multiple times. I have sensitive skin and sometimes necklaces and earrings cause a rash and irritate me, but I just donate the item versus trying to return.

Now if I buy shoes and try them on in my home on my clean floors and they don’t fit, I return.

People who are serial returners and lie are the reason stores are getting more strict with their return polices and hurt shoppers who are honest and legitimate.[/quote]
