[/quote] Many of us have busy schedules. I work long hours and travel for work almost weekly (a 1-2 day trip in each of the next 3 weeks, which is pretty typical). Eating healthily while traveling is a challenge but I made it work. Also walking through airports is decent exercise! Instead of just sitting in the waiting area I would walk the terminals. It's easy to make excuses, which I fear OP is doing, but being busy with work doesn't need to be one of them. My guess is that despite being in the health field she is mail ordering the meds, and isn't getting advice from a doctor, which is why she's still on a starter dose.
