get off the lexapro or ask your physician to adjust the dose if you increase ozempic doses.

Op here, yes, I am on lexapro for more than 10 years but started feeling some heavy symptoms in last 1-2 years so it could be peri.

I also stay very stressed due to money and debt and working non-stop. Recent break-up with my BF is not helping either since he was very helpful but I couldn't give him much time or efforts.

Many of us have busy schedules. I work long hours and travel for work almost weekly (a 1-2 day trip in each of the next 3 weeks, which is pretty typical). Eating healthily while traveling is a challenge but I made it work. Also walking through airports is decent exercise! Instead of just sitting in the waiting area I would walk the terminals. It's easy to make excuses, which I fear OP is doing, but being busy with work doesn't need to be one of them.

My guess is that despite being in the health field she is mail ordering the meds, and isn't getting advice from a doctor, which is why she's still on a starter dose.

I also think there is no motivation and that's why she jumped on GLP without even trying or working out first. a lot of depends on your attitude too.
