NP: Because JMU is benefitting from a ridiculous system. To their credit, they did not do something bad to take advantage of it (so I think the OP is being a bit too much of a jerk) but it is ridiculous that JMU is getting to do this and perhaps by them getting slaughtered the powers that be will realize how dumb it is.[/quote]
