BL belittles his young players. He thinks he’s slick but he’s been heard calling players lazy and garbage and mutters fouls language. 
His antics are extremely off putting exuding lack of self control and projecting nothing but ego instead of focusing on young players’ growth the and development.

Haven't you noticed that MH is the problem?  JH left NVA to coach at Loudoun for reasons(not just his daughter).  JH was a good coach at NVA.[/quote] JH left because they told him he had to coach 2 teams.  Hes got a young family and just couldn’t commit. Had nothing to do with any coach or leadership.[/quote]

yes I agree with family thing.  But he did not want to coach incoming 2013 because he didn't get to pick the incoming players.  MH picked the players mostly from Loudoun.  So he left to Loudoun.  Look what happened to most Loudoun players.  BL came in and got rid of most and brought his players.  Poor judgment by MH and NVA.
