what are the clubs involved with said merger?

After the poor season from LS, they will merge with NVA and no longer have 2 GA1 teams. Plan for the LS GA1 team to become Aspire. The other LS teams will fall below that and return to NCSL or go to EDP.

Hilarious branding fail if they “merge” aka order new uniforms. Whose idea was this again?

Loudoun Soccer owns NVA. It’s the same club.

How many other NVA coaches don't meet the standard?

Does ECNL not have the same requirements and they just assumed their under qualified coaches were 'good enough'?

Only 3 coaches meet this criteria at Rev out of 12.

I’m so excited about our bar and facilities! Can’t wait to financially sustain LU next year with our steep increase in fees. Forget licensing!

BL belittles his young players. He thinks he’s slick but he’s been heard calling players lazy and garbage and mutters fouls language.
His antics are extremely off putting exuding lack of self control and projecting nothing but ego instead of focusing on young players’ growth the and development.

Is MH completely disconnected now that his daughters are in the NVA female side of things? Disgusting how here in the USA it’s all about money, facade, and politics.

Haven't you noticed that MH is the problem? JH left NVA to coach at Loudoun for reasons(not just his daughter). JH was a good coach at NVA.
JH left because they told him he had to coach 2 teams. Hes got a young family and just couldn’t commit. Had nothing to do with any coach or leadership.

yes I agree with family thing. But he did not want to coach incoming 2013 because he didn't get to pick the incoming players. MH picked the players mostly from Loudoun. So he left to Loudoun. Look what happened to most Loudoun players. BL came in and got rid of most and brought his players. Poor judgment by MH and NVA.

Why wouldn't they let the coach pick the players? I thought coaches always picked their players.
lmao noooo

Lots of things to hide over at Rev.

Sad but true. The vast majority of the current listed coaches appear to have minimal or no USSF licenses.

“Club” still asking for $4K/annum tho. 🤣

It's the "pathway"
