I hope not but this is my guess too.

I often think of that study from years ago that found happiness only increased with money up to 75k a year. I’m sure they’ve updated that with inflation or caveats or whatever, but honestly, I can’t imagine a single one of these filthy rich people are happy. Not a single one. They are just lonely people seeking more and more money/sex/power to make themselves feel something. And the only successful feeling they have figured out is how to feel like they are better than others. It is really insane to watch. [/quote]

That study was debunked almost immediately after publication. Value of a marginal dollar decreases  as total dollars grow, but not to 0.[/quote]

Does not matter. Even if the amount is $10 mill, that’s fine. But at some point the marginal value is negative, not just increasing at a lower rate. These people don’t know how to feel happiness, and they are causing unhappiness in so many across the world because they can’t figure that out. [/quote]
