If you joined the federal government and you didn’t know that every single solitary year they have a problem passing the budget and that we are furloughed quite often then yeah I’m sorry you didn’t do your due diligence.

You know how often a budget has passed on October 1, rarely.

What’s even more maddening is that these stupid congress people take the whole month off and then come back and then I’m like oh yeah we don’t have a budget.
