+1 her friends are Hispanic.    Does she realize that Hispanic Americans are also being rounded up and held by ICE?

DH dropped a friend who voted for Trump. This person was a long time R. DH had no issues with that. I was also a long time R.  But, Trump?  A whole different animal.

We are immigrants, and I am a minority.  My family came on a family chain migration, and DH came on a work visa.  We hear and see the hate that MAGA has for people like us.  We're not stupid and naive like some people who supported Trump and now have loved ones who were deported.  We don't think "but I didn't think he meant me...".  We know everyone who is not a "real American", white cisgender is a target by MAGA.[/quote]
