There is curfew for youths in DC of 11 pm. Nothing has happened yet but it is coming. Rumor is they are going to go in to schools and grab the children to force adults to surrender. I would get him a passport that you can keep at home and then he can carry a passport card. You have to make sure other people have access to your passport because ICE/Feds will “lose” whatever you are carrying when arrested.[/quote]
