All you rich snobs on this site, there are also DC urban moms also following, who are in the service industry.
Take the feedback and do a better job. Provide the service for tips you feel entitled to.
While yes, there are a lot of rich snobs on this site, I am not rich. When I get the chance to go out, I do expect some basic good service and that includes periodically checking my drink. The service nowadays isn’t good-servers act like customers asking for something is an “extra” and they’re put out by having to do something that’s a normal part of their jobs. If you don’t like it, find a different job.
Madam, I do my job well. Today during my lunch shift I provided 7 diet coke refills to a gentleman who was very thirsty. Plus provided one to go. Because this is a slow time that was easily done. Of course good servers strive to provide excellent service, including drink refills! My point is if you drink your beverage at such an excessively quick rate, and I happen to be busy, you may have to wait a moment.
Then bring a larger glass or two at a time bb
