Why didn’t he go and say good morning or see if she wanted to come inside and get into bed? I wouldn’t have left my grown daughter on the balcony at the crack of dawn. Then he said “something” then woke him up-I think it was her falling. Maybe the table moved when it happened but that’s when he said she was no longer there.
