Um...how about explaining to her that people make mistakes? The week of divisionals is absolutely insane in terms of behind the scenes preparations for divisionals itself, regular practices, and all the prep that goes into the awards ceremony. I did not appreciate what a gigantic effort it entails until a few summers ago.[/quote]

The parent shouldn't be the one who explains that. It should be the head coach along with an apology. [/quote]
