lol you can't be "in the process" of following the rules, that means You ARE NOT following the rules.

Saying someone is "in the process" of following the rules kind of misses the point—if you're not following the rules yet, then you're not actually following them. It's like saying someone was in the process of obeying the speed limit by slowing down after they were already speeding. Or that someone was following the law by taking a victim to the hospital after committing a crime. That's just not how it works. If the law was broken, then there are consequences.[/quote]
