Some ignore the team manager and expect them to do all the paperwork. Others work very closely with the team parent only engaging with them on patent communications. I've seen TMs that group up with their favorite "friends" and get VBROs before telling the team about a tournament or event they'll be playing in. I've also seen situations where a coach asked for a TMs opinion about a player and their parents. As they get older the TM is listed as s point of communication on the league website. Sometimes other clubs reach out for friendlies or even recruiters might reach out about a player.[/quote]
