Look, the car dealership lobby (the dinosaur companies) have a chokehold on the politicians. Any new business model (and it can be for ANY product) could be locked out of business in a state because of this kind of lobbying. It hurts AMERICA because we cannot develop new models that are competitive. Any car company could decide to use Tesla's model for selling cars. Why should Tesla have to sell like other manufacturers? It is not reasonable at all. Do you want to continue to pay too much for your car? Tesla is not like everyone else. EV cars do not need the same infrastructure as ICE cars. Why penalize them for not having it? I would not vote for that governor if I lived in NY.

Texas doesn't like Tesla. No one is trading in their $120k King Ranch pickup for a cyber truck, won't ever happen here. Maybe Rs in Ohio will go for that crap.[/quote]
