The cases are different, but comparing the actions of Van Hollen between the 2 is fair. They both happened in MD and he threw his support behind the non MD citizen vs the actual MD citizen. It’s very telling, and a foolish move. [/quote]

Since you are having trouble with comprehension, the statement was Van Hollen had a choice between 2 cases that happened in his home State. He could support the actual MD citizens whose daughter was murdered, OR support a non citizen.

As you pointed out, he chose the 2 non citizens….
