[/quote] Assuming they wised up and started locking their car after the first incident where the inside of the car was accessed (in the hood, or on the floor), presumably the car was broken into in order to place at least one of these bags. You need to have access to the interior to pop the hood. Did the child or parents call the police? What was their response? [/quote]
