Op here. I decided to go on my lunch break. I now understand especially the stretch on the align one. I could easily get into a 4 align, a 6 in the fast and free and wunder train would probably be the lowest I’d go. It’s all in the material. I’m still amazed that they stretch so well to fit multiple sizes but when I put the six on and pulled out the waist, I can see how it could fit a large build very easily. I don’t like the waist falling down so I would go with the smallest size to have it snug. I’m surprised more women are not sizing down after my visit today, I’m sure they could fit smaller sizes at some of the weights listed here.

I went with a smaller size once and it was fine in the store but I regretted it when I worked out... just wasn't comfortable. I do not have this issue at all at Athleta so I quit buying LLL.[/quote]
