Do you expect People magazine to -- do what, exactly? Be out there firefighting? They're going to fill space however they can. Some days, that's going to include interviews with, gasp, celebrities whose homes did not burn down. If it bothers you, please feel free to scroll on past. If you think it's tone-deaf, well, that's a point, but criticizing People for doing its usual thing is kind of like criticizing the tide for coming in....You know it's going to happen and you can't control it.
