Said that he has a fleeting thought when he has a bad moment but it's not often and it scares him that he has the thought. We don't own guns and have put knives and medicines away.  HE even chatted with my husband last night who explained to him that he is also going through a tough time and connects with him and he smiled and seemed relieved to know that we both are there for him.  He even said, "you guys are great parents"--- and it was super sincere.  We will continue with the therapy, look into meds and continue to keep the door open for him to come to us.  I'm glad he has a safety plan in place and resources he agrees are helpful.  One day at a time....[/quote]
