No, it's a reorg, and they have to apply.

It's one way to save money. Private companies do it all the time.  Went through it with a FAANG.[/quote]

FAANG companies do it for a really specific purpose AND it’s not well received there either it’s just the state of play.  They counteract the resentment and discontent with high salaries, bonuses, stock options and other benefits.  Not to mention a larger talent pool.[/quote]
