We had no help and waited until we were 37...It was a HUGE mistake. In hindsight we should have bought earlier, expanded our search, put most of our savings into owning...so we wasted tens of thousands on rent. Now with prices being so much higher it would be hard to own young without help. We're going to help our kids because we discovered through my own mistakes that we should have bought much much sooner.[/quote]
