Drive west to Orlando, to see everything but Disney. Drive south to see the Breakers, etc. in Palm Beach. If you hate Florida too much, stay in an inn or AirBnB around Beacon, New York. Swim and kayak on the Hudson River beach there. Use the commuter rail and Ubers or cabs to see West Point and other historic sites. Go glamping.
