Parent/community involvement in interviews is strictly window-dressing. The questions are tightly controlled and the outcome of the interview process is always pre-determined by the supervising staff. I know; I have been involved in several interview processes. And before you ask why I kept doing it, I'll tell you: because I wanted to gain insight as to what was actually going on.[/quote]
