[/quote] There are lots of different body types and BMI isn’t a good measure of health or fitness. Japanese people tend to be more petite and lighter-boned than other races. They are more prone to osteoporosis as they age. People with a larger frame will weigh more, although it shouldn’t mean they are obese. Nurses are often shocked at how much I weigh, though I don’t look heavy. Maybe I just have denser bones. [/quote]
