Montgomery County in particular has an amazing catalog. Sure, not every book is at every library, so if you are looking for something specific, you need to use inter-library loan. It's impossible to keep every earlier book. You can ABSOLUTELY go to the library and browse the stacks. Our libraries are very loved and utilized.[/quote]
