[/quote] +1 I’m listening to Dan Abrams right now - he was one of the few reporters who was in the courtroom every single day for both the criminal and civil trials. He just said that no one who saw all of the evidence and watched the whole trial was surprised by the verdict. Maybe by the speed of it but not the actual verdict.[/quote] I met a criminal defense lawyer who said that he wasn't surprised by the verdict. Off course, if you watched the news and the daytime TV shows then OJ was as guilty as hell. But if you followed just the evidence, and what could be used and not used in a court of law, then no, it shouldn't have been such a surprised to see OJ walk free.[/quote]
