There is so much misinformation and misunderstanding about the SC decision. You are incorrect, it is illegal to consider race as a factor in college admissions, period. It is still legal to consider life experience and circumstances….so a student who is first gen to attend college, low income, other challenging factors, may get different consideration (white ones too). However, rich black kids who go to Sidwell are not getting a bump. Put this to bed. [/quote]
