Good luck finding all activities within a 5 minute walking distance[/quote] If I could do it over again, I should have saved my college and grad school tuition, raised funds to buy 250 acres of land, built a sports megapolis with 20 soccer/lax fields, 2 ice rinks, 2 50 meter x 25 yd pools, indoor turf fields, indoor multi space for fencing, volleyball, basketball, gymnastics training area, bar/restaurant and adult gym. Adjacent hotel/motel for tournaments. Houses would be built on the surrounding lots where kids could walk to their sport. And during the day, when kids are in school, all the indoor space would convert to pickleball courts for the seniors. [/quote]
