People associate size with status/power.

So people will subconscious expect the taller person in any relationship to be more assertive / leader / dominant.

So a taller person might need to be more assertive to overcome the other person's increased inhibitions against acting toward you. [/quote]

I dont know... I feel like men LOVE sassy short women.  So often I'll see a 5'0 woman bossing around some 6'3 man.  They seem a lot feistier and more aggressive and assertive than tall women.  (Which is maybe part of the appeal?)[/quote]
