If you want things to change writing on DCUM isn't going to do a thing! The problem with CYA Soccer is that the give way too much power to the AGC of each division (Age Group Coordinator). They have full control over the division and CYA 2013G team coach is also the AGC. Last season enough people complained about the 2014G AGC and he is no longer there and the division is way better for it. People love to complain on this thread about this coach, but they offer no solutions. I encourage everyone that has an issue to write the CYA Director (CYADylan@ChantillyYouth.org or Soccer@ChantillyYouth.org) and detail everything that you think is wrong. I honestly believe that CYA is a good organization and that the higher ups want to do what is best. However, they need to know what is happening at the lower levels in order to implement positive change. The best thing we can do is shine a light on matter and not let incident after incident go unreported.[/quote]
