Promiscuity is also a very common response to trauma, where the value and importance of sex needs to be diminished. I'd wonder about judgement and impulse. Hypersexuality sometimes manifests itself in people with ADHD. She might be running with a general dopamine deficit that compels her to engage in higher risk behavior. She may have difficulty former attachments. There are a million reasons people choose to do what they do.

And if you're not comfortable with it, you can check out. People definitely need to be on the same page when it comes to sex and what they value. And if you're not feeling it, you're not feeling it. Don't know why anyone would bother ever asking anyone how many partners they'e been with. It never goes anywhere good. [/quote]
