People that have sex with more than 60 partners in a fairly short period of time do so for lots of reasons. But good sex is rarely one of them. You might get lucky here and there, but most people seem to like having a connection and genuinely getting to know someone. It's a new, fun journey with every partner.

In this particular instance, I'd be concerned that she might feel the need to use men to feel validated. She needs the attention. Promiscuity is also a very common response to trauma, where the value and importance of sex needs to be diminished. I'd wonder about judgement and impulse. Hypersexuality sometimes manifests itself in people with ADHD. She might be running with a general dopamine deficit that compels her to engage in higher risk behavior. She may have difficulty former attachments. There are a million reasons people choose to do what they do.

And if you're not comfortable with it, you can check out. People definitely need to be on the same page when it comes to sex and what they value. And if you're not feeling it, you're not feeling it. Don't know why anyone would bother ever asking anyone how many partners they'e been with. It never goes anywhere good.

Yes, your number of partners says something important about you and how you view relationships and yourself.

You cannot have 60+ partners and expect anyone to believe that you saved the most intimate thing two people can do for someone special to you.

Women can be with whomever they want; however, do not think that the 61st man you are with is going to ignore your past.

If she’s 28 and became sexually active at say 16, and hasn’t had too many (if any?) long term serious monogamous relationships … that’s 12 years of sexual activity, so roughly 5 partners a year or just slightly more in some years. Just to put it in another perspective. It really doesn’t seem that high to me in the long run if you only do casual dating.

60 partners over a number of years is not 3000. There are extremes but they are outliers.

Men want women that keep their legs closed but then complain about their sexless marriages.
