I definitely know parents who have split custody where one parent gets stuck with paying for all the clothes, when it should be 50/50 or whatever the split is in time. I have no idea how you'd word that in a custody agreement though. I pay 100% (using the child support for some of it), unless their Dad sends them a jersey as their Christmas gift or something, or if something like a uniform is rolled into a sports team's fees, which we split according to our income.
