Isn't that what child support is for?
As someone with 100% custody, I assume that I'm supposed to save money, made possible by child support, so that when they need new clothing or shoes or school supplies I have the resources to buy them.
Correct. The parent paying child support will not be ordered to pay anything on top of that .
PP you quoted. I definitely know parents who have split custody where one parent gets stuck with paying for all the clothes, when it should be 50/50 or whatever the split is in time. I have no idea how you'd word that in a custody agreement though. I pay 100% (using the child support for some of it), unless their Dad sends them a jersey as their Christmas gift or something, or if something like a uniform is rolled into a sports team's fees, which we split according to our income.

My friend will get a babysitter to watch the kids and another babysitter to bring them back to their house so that when ex picks them up, they can pretend they were home and let the kids run out to meet with ex.
