[/quote] terrible. the scenario only really makes sense if you truly believe the ex will leave the kids with someone terrible, or will leave them all day & night with a nanny, or if its an infant and you want every second. Much better to design the actual time sharing in the way you want - like specify that each parent can have the kid after school if you WFH, etc. [/quote]
