Lmao. Freshman certainly were allowed to take the PSAT at mcps. It wasn't free for Freshman but the cost was minimal.  I believe 13.50[/quote]

Actually depends on the school. Some allowed 9rh graders to register. Some allowed a mock ACT, some did their own thing.  That's mcps for you. [/quote]
