There is a simple solution. My beach town only allows rentals 30 days or greater. Only owners or rental leases greater than 30 days can get a beach pass. If house rented owner can’t access beach. Beach IDs are picture IDs. There is no public beach access. There is also no public parking at beach and beach is a no standing zone. There is your solution. No one has balls to do it.
There are parts of Rehoboth beach that do not allow weekly rentals. RBYCC area by the bay does not. Only allows monthly rentals. That is why we did not buy there.
That is great. But still no private beach. I think monthly is best of both worlds. Keeps transients out but allows owners to make cash. if I was retired and actually lived there be a selling point
