I disagree. If I never go to Disney again, it will be too soon. I love Universal. Both are a total rip-off but Universal is a bit easier to manage. And the rides are not 50 years old and terrible. [/quote]

I feel like universal has zero good shows and only a few good rides.  Hagrid’s, gringotts, the new dinosaur one and maybe hulk if you like the really scary ones.  And hagrids is the only really great ride.  Disney has a lot of new rides that are really great.

But in general I think it’s great that people have different preferences.  I blame social media for the idea that you “have” to do disney (or anyplace else).  People should make different choices.  No one has to do anything except pay taxes and die.  Maybe if all the people who hate disney stopped going, the lines would be shorter!  So my advice is — if you think you”ll hate disney, don’t go!  Consider it your gift to people that enjoy disney.  Same thing with Yellowstone, Paris, beach rentals, etc.[/quote]
