You just need clear race-neutral guidelines, such as: -- No oversized purses or shopping bags -- No duffel bags or backpacks -- Face masks must be removed briefly upon entry to the store, and you must look at a camera with the mask off (FYI, this is a requirement at Maryland casinos and is strictly enforced) Wouldn't be a perfect solution, but would probably be somewhat of a deterrent.[/quote]
